 Description:The Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) is organizing the "New Wave Spanish Wine Awards" competition for the fifth consecutive year. The competition gives the winning wines the opportunity to gain a competitive advantage in a highly aggressive market.
The competition is strictly limited to wines that already have distribution in the United Kingdom and to those producers and wines that participated in the Wines from Spain Trade Fair 2009.
The New Wave Spanish Wine Awards are organized in collaboration with the specialist trade publication Off Licence News. The results of the competition will be published in the 3 July edition of the magazine and there will be an additional supplement that will be published on 11 September 2009.
The deadline for applications to participate is 24 April 2009.
