Reverse mission by European buyers (Canary Islands aquaculture)

The Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) is organizing a reverse mission for European buyers. This activity is aimed at companies from the sector for fresh and frozen fish, molluscs and crustaceans. It will take place from 16 to 19 June 2008 with companies from Switzerland, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

The two day work program will include visits to the production areas of companies from Gran Canaria and Tenerife (including observation of gilthead bream and sea bass harvesting and an explanation of technical aspects of the process) and a series of business meetings between Spanish and visiting companies.
