| The FINE FOOD AUSTRALIA fair takes place twice a year, alternating between Sydney in odd years and Melbourne in even years. The largest and most international of the events happens in Sydney.
This year will be the 28th edition and will be set in Sydney from 7 to 10 September. The specialist Hotel Australia trade fair is taking place at the same fairgrounds at the same time.
