| The fourth edition of the TRADE FAIR GAMBIA 2009 will be held from November 14 to 21 in the Independence Stadium in Banjul.
This is an international event, and will see the participation of companies from Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, Niger, Sierra Leona, Guinea, Mali and Spain.
The previous editions of this fair (2003, 2005 and 2007) drew participation from countries throughout the region, principally from the manufacturing, fashion and design, herbal medicine and industrial sectors. In 2005, around 50 Spanish companies from a range of sectors took part.
The fair is held during the peak tourist season, meaning it attracts a large number of tourists, potential clients and investors.
