Ezentis (formerly Avánzit), through its Argentinean subsidiary Radiotrónica, has won two contracts in Argentina worth a combined €6.4 million, according to the technology group. The government of Buenos Aires has awarded the firm, which is chaired by Mario Armero, a contract worth €5.8 million that forms part of the “Integral School Buildings Improvement Plan” to maintain the facilities at 21 primary schools.
The project also includes classifying the works as initial or supplementary, according to the need and urgency of each educational establishment. The energy company Transener has also awarded the Argentinean subsidiary of Ezentis a contract worth €609,859 for the engineering, civil works, electro-mechanical assembly and the supply of supplementary materials relating to the extension of a resistor. The company explained that this new project is its first extra-high voltage contract, one of the objectives in its international business development plan, which places it in “a select group of companies” in the electricity industry.
