Some 63.16% of Spanish companies believe that their business opportunities in the European Union have improved. This was the result of the survey carried out as part of the “Línea Abierta” project, which was jointly undertaken by the State Secretariat for Trade and the Confederation of Employers and Industries of Spain (CEOE).
The “Línea Abierta” project aims to identify and resolve problems that hinder the activities of Spanish companies, despite the progress made in creating a single market, so that once identified they can be resolved in collaboration with national or Community administrations.
This 4th phase of the project worked with a set of 9,000 companies, representing each of Spain’s sectors and regions.
