The company Telefónica de Argentina, a subsidiary of the Spanish multinational Telefónica, has announced its plans to invest 10 million pesos next year in technical equipment in order to improve the quality of its many services throughout the length and breadth of the Argentinean province of Chubut. One such initiative includes the creation of a customer care center.
The announcement was confirmed by Madryn city councilor Sergio Segovia, who took part in a meeting between representatives of the Spanish company and politicians from the cities in the regions of Península Valdés and Valle Inferior del Río Chubut, Argentina.
Following this meeting, Segovia said that the Telefónica representatives had answered most of the concerns raised by the people of Madryn, which he had expressed to them, and that they had also presented an extensive investment plan to enable improvements to be made to the quality of services currently provided to clients in the area.
